We Made It To Beijing!!
We have finally made it to Beijing!!! It was a very, very long flight, but everything went as smooth as it possibly could! The guide and driver picked us up at the airport, took us to our hotel, and here we are! An added bonus is that all of our bags made it as well!! We are about to head to bed, as we have now been up about 32 hours with the exception of a few cat naps on the plane. We love you all so much!

ReplyDeleteAwesome - you guys are so close to Karlye now! We're glad your trip over there went well. Pat was so concerned that you would miss your flight because of the Birmingham security change. Have a wonderful, relaxing day tomorrow and we are looking forward to seeing more pictures from China. BTW, I can't wait to see a picture of Karlye smiling at Stacie or laughing at something Nathan has done!!! Blessings to both of you!
ReplyDeleteI know you are exhausted. I am too just thinking about how long it took! All is fine here, Ryan stayed with us last night, we took her home during the day but have just picked her back up for the evening. That is what we plan to do for the rest of the week.

So glad you made it safely to China. Enjoy the sights, take lots of pics and remember all the details cuz you know we will want to hear every bit of this trip.

God, please keep Nathan, Stacie and Karlye safe as they finish this last part of their journey to becoming a forever family. Guide them as their Gotcha day approaches and give them the strength to handle all the emotions that they could go through on that day.
